ADHD Plugin i-have-adhd Makes Claude's Responses More Direct
A third-party Claude Code Skill named i-have-adhd has gained popularity in the developer community by imposing 10 rules on Claude's response style, making answers more direct and actionable. These rules include: providing the action in the first line; numbering multi-step tasks; stating current progress in each round; giving specific times and quantities; listing a maximum of 5 items at a time; retaining only the necessary information; actively suppressing off-topic and elaborative suggestions; clearly instructing users on the next steps; removing polite openings and repetitive summaries; and avoiding ineffective conclusions. The project has garnered around 1,100 stars on GitHub and aims to provide stricter output standards rather than enhancing Claude's reasoning abilities.
