The State Returned 20.6 Million UAH for Inclusive Jobs

The State Employment Service financed 292 projects for the creation of inclusive workplaces amounting to 20.6 million UAH over six months. Of these, 25 projects were aimed at creating conditions for workers with disabilities of the first group, while 267 were for the second group. The highest number of compensations was received by residents of the Kyiv region — 49, and the Cherkasy region — 36. In three regions, including Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Cherkasy, the total amount of payments was about 2.5 million UAH, while in the Kyiv region it exceeded 3 million UAH. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in Ukraine, more than 4.6 thousand inclusive workplaces have been created thanks to these payments. In the first half of 2026, compensation for arranging workplaces for disabled workers among combat participants was paid 92 times, of which 20.6% were payments from the Kyiv regional employment center. Employers hiring people with disabilities, as well as individual entrepreneurs with disabilities, are entitled to receive payments. The maximum compensation is up to 129.7 thousand UAH for a worker with the first group of disabilities and up to 86.5 thousand UAH for the second group.
