AI customer service startup Wonderful has completed a $550 million Series C financing round, achieving a valuation of $5 billion. This round was led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining as a new investor, and follow-on investments from Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, IVP, and others. Wonderful's enterprise intelligence platform has been live for 20 months, entering over 30 markets and deploying hundreds of agents across more than a dozen vertical industries, covering scenarios such as customer service and internal employee systems.
