Yi Lihua: Multiple Factors Cause Market Volatility, Institutions Employ Long-term Strategies with Large Funds

「The community is very confused. Trend Research is buying in large quantities, BMNR and MicroStrategy are buying, CZ is calling for a super bullish market cycle, but the price has been weak and volatile. What is the reason after all? After all, the stock market and gold/silver have skyrocketed. We see that the main reasons include:
· Four-year cycle and the 1011 crash
· Japanese Yen interest rate hike
· US BTC strategic reserves have not increased purchases
· Short sellers taking advantage of the current opportunity to suppress the market
· Risk-off funds in gold, silver, and the stock market
However, with contrarian analysis, at a time when so many negative factors have appeared, ETH is still stable around 3000 for consolidation and wash trading. This is also the reason why we decided to build positions after liquidating at 4500. Many people suggested that we should wait to buy in at a better price, but investment trading does not have a god's eye view, making it difficult to know what the lowest point of this period is. The difference between investment and speculation is that it is difficult for us to engage in short-term trading. Even if there is a considerable paper profit, we hold still, establishing buy and sell strategies based on a medium to long-term timeline.」
