The prosecutor's office has secured a bathtub that may be crucial in the case of Sylwester Suszek, who has been missing for four years. The bathtub will undergo specialized examinations to determine if it could have been used to dispose of Suszek's body. Deputy Minister of Justice Dariusz Mazur noted that there have been past instances of using chemicals to erase traces of murder, but currently, there is no evidence of such occurrences. Sylwester Suszek was last seen on March 10, 2022, at a gas station in Czeladź, leaving behind his documents, phone, and car. The main suspect is Marian W., known as 'Maniek', who is linked to the disappearance. Anna P. has been charged with three offenses, including participation in an organized crime group and obstructing proceedings, including persuading witnesses to give false testimonies and taking a disk from the surveillance footage at the station where Suszek was last seen.
